A price that low usually means a short visit, a small studio or a limited checklist, with extras added once the cleaner sees the home. Our quote already includes everything you asked for, and the price Anna gives you is the price you pay, with no charge for parking or for buildings with stairs.

Can I just get a regular cleaning instead of a deep cleaning?
You can, and if your home is in good shape a standard cleaning is all you need. If it has been more than six months, though, a standard visit will make the place look better without reaching the buildup, and Anna will tell you honestly which one fits before you book.
How often does a home need a deep cleaning?
Most homes need a deep cleaning once or twice a year, and more often if you have pets, small kids or allergies. What a One Time Cleaning Includes
A standard one time visit covers the same ground as our regular house cleaning, and we work from the top of each room to the bottom so dust falls onto surfaces we have not finished yet. If you want something more, tell us when you ask for the quote and it will be in the price before we arrive.
Kitchen
We clean the counters, the backsplash, the outside of the appliances, the stovetop and the microwave inside and out. The sink gets scrubbed and polished, the cabinet fronts get wiped down, and the floor is vacuumed and mopped.
Bathrooms
We clean and disinfect the toilet, the tub, the shower and the sink, and we take care of the mirrors, fixtures and vanity. The floor gets washed by hand around the toilet and in the corners where a mop does not reach.
Bedrooms and living areas
We dust every surface we can reach, including baseboards, window sills, light switches and door handles. Beds get made with your sheets if you leave them out, and every floor is vacuumed or mopped depending on the type.
Extras you can add
You can add the inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, the inside of empty cabinets, interior windows, laundry washed and folded, or dishes. Each extra has a set price that Anna includes in your quote, so nothing gets added to the bill at the end of the day.
What a standard one time cleaning does not include
A standard visit does not go behind or under heavy furniture, into the grout in detail or inside the appliances unless you add them. Those are part of a one time deep cleaning, so if they matter to you, that is the option to ask for.

Step 2
Get your quote within 24 hours
Anna sends you a clear price that already includes any extras you asked for. Once you say yes, she confirms the date and the time window with you.
Step 3
We clean your home
Anna and one or two people she trusts arrive on time and work room by room until the job is done. Before we leave, we walk through the house with you if you are home, so you can point out anything you want touched up.
Please reach out at least 2 or 3 days before the date you need. Most of our schedule belongs to weekly and biweekly clients, and that extra time lets Anna fit your cleaning in without moving anyone else around. We work Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a Saturday visit works well if you are cleaning up after a Friday get together.

You do not need to be home for the whole visit. Many clients let us in, go about their day and come back to a clean house, and others leave a key or a door code with Anna.
A standard one time cleaning of a two bedroom home usually takes about three hours with two people, and a deep cleaning of the same home takes about four. Larger homes or homes that need more attention take longer, and Anna will give you an estimate of the time along with your price.
The 80/20 rule says that a small part of your home, mostly the kitchen, the bathrooms and the entryway, creates most of the dirt and clutter you notice. If you keep those few areas under control between visits, the whole house feels clean much longer, and that is where we put the most time during a one time cleaning.
